Warranty and Returns Policy

At Strider, we’ve taught close to two million kids how to ride bikes and we will do everything we can to offer your child the best 'first bike' experience. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item purchased from this site for a refund within 60-days of invoice.

 

RETURNS POLICY

First, since we all share the goal of having your child happily riding a bike, we encourage you to call us as we might be able to resolve the issue without returning the product.

The Strider™ comes with both a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects and a 60 day 100% satisfaction guarantee.

The warranty is limited to riders less than 27kgs.

We welcome feedback and will quickly respond to warranty issues. If you are not satisfied for any reason, PLEASE contact us first.

If you wish to return your Strider™ please contact us with your proof of purchase and we will provide you with a Return Number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY

Strider™ No Pedal Balance bikes come with a two year warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty is limited to riders weighing less than 27kgs for 12" models, 84kgs for 16" models and 110kgs for 20" models.

Please be aware your STRIDER serial number needs to be registered at www.striderbikes.com/Register-Your-Strider to activate the warranty.

Resolving warranty issues is easy. Simply contact nicole@stridersports.com.au and include the following information:

  • Please explain the issue you're experiencing with your STRIDER product
  • Attach a digital photo
  • Complete shipping address
  • Daytime phone number
  • Email address
  • The Production Date and Batch Number of your STRIDER Bike if applicable (printed on the white sticker on the bottom of the frame).
