Fundraising

Strider Sports Australia values the work that the Community does in educating, assisting and caring for our children and we would like to give back a percentage of sales to those organisations that nurture and care for children.

If your organisation's primary purpose is to educate, assist or care for children, we would be very happy to have you participate in our fundraising program. If you are a Day Care/Kindergarten, School or Children's Community Group that raise funds through fundraising events in the community, please contact us. We will assess each application on a case by case basis and Strider Sports Australia reserve the right to accept or refuse an application.

How it works?

It's easy and it involves little effort on your part. Strider Sports Australia will provide all the marketing material.

Your organization will be given a unique code which can be given out to families, members and their associates. After shopping online, this code is entered by them at the checkout stage of their order. We keep track of the sales applicable to your organisation by this unique code.

At the end of the fundraising drive, 10% of the sales (excluding freight charges) generated from your unique code will be calculated and given to your organization.

How is the money given back to your organization?

You will receive the money in one of the following forms, depending on your individual circumstances:

• You may elect to convert the value of funds raised into product. These Bikes may be used in further fund raising events such as raffles or retained as playroom resources.
• If you have a registered building fund, we will give you a cash donation in the name of the building fund. We require a receipt from you in our company name.
• If you are a deductible gift recipient, we will give you a cash donation in the name of the DGC. We require a receipt from you in our company name.

What we ask of you?

We ask you to simply display and give out some promotional material that we supply to you. We will supply you with all the following materials:

• Strider Sports Australia flyer. The flyers have information about us, the fundraising arrangement and deadline and your unique code for people to refer to when they are at home. We ask you to put them in each child's pockets (if relevant).
