HOW TO ORDER ?

For all orders we accept Visa, Mastercard, Direct Debt, cheque/money order (Australia only) and Pay Pal.

On-line

When you place an order with Strider Sports Australia your payment details are sent to us using a Secure Certificate. Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.

If using a credit card to make your purchase we will process your order manually to ensure that we have the item or items in stock before we charge your card.

You will then receive a tax invoice from Strider Sports Australia via e-mail or regular mail confirming that payment has been processed and the expected delivery date of your order.

Orders placed by New Zealand residents for delivery to a New Zealand address will not be charged GST on products or shipping. Prices are in AUD unless otherwise stated.

Please call us on 0408 604 375 to place your order. If we miss your call we will return your call within 24 hours to take your order.

Fax

Simply complete our Order Form and fax it to +612 9699 7434. We will call or email you within 24 hours of receiving your order to confirm your order.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery in Australia and to New Zealand is via Australia Post.

Our boxes carry the Strider™ Logo and various pictures of kids having fun on Strider™ Running Bikes so if your Strider™ Running Bike needs to be a surprise you may want to have it delivered to work or an alternative address. Please note that we do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

Please allow 2 to 7 business days for delivery within Australia. Please allow 10 business days for delivery to New Zealand.

Goods will be dispatched in most cases on the same day that payment is received, however allow 1 to 2 business days after payment has been received.

Delivery charges include GST and apply to each individual Strider™ Running Bike ordered:

  • NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT $15.00
  • SA, TAS   $20.00
  • WA, NT  $30.00
  • New Zealand $50.00 excluding GST

 All prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.


REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

The Strider™ comes with both a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects and a 100% satisfaction guarantee. The warranty is limited to riders less than 23kgs. The Strider™ serial number needs to be registered to activate the warranty. The bottom line, though, is we want you to be satisfied with the product, and we want you to share that satisfaction with other parents. We welcome feedback and will quickly respond to warranty issues. If you are not satisfied for any reason, PLEASE contact us. If you wish to return your Strider™, you will need to request a Return Authorization number within 60 days of invoice date, you will then have 15 days to ship the product back, at which time we will issue a credit for the full purchase price less applicable shipping fees. Again, contact us and we will be happy to assist.


OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Should an item you select be temporarily out of stock, Strider Sports Australia will contact you within 24 hours to advise expected delivery time. You can choose to either change or cancel your order at this time.

At Strider Sports Australia we respect your privacy and are committed to keeping your personal details confidential and secure. We will not disclose, exchange or sell your personal details to any third party. We will only use your personal data to process your order and inform you of relevant information, Strider products, or news if you request us to do so. Your personal data will be held on a secure server and only accessed by Strider Sports Australia directors and authorized personnel.
